Who are we?
We are family-oriented professionals coming from a wide range of prior careers! What we have in common is a desire to make a positive impact while building financial freedom and a legacy for our families. We are known for our excellent customer service, beating out all competitors in our industry, and we do that by keeping promises and putting our clients first.
The Cohrs Agency was established in 2019 by an Air Force Veteran, Gabrielle Cohrs, and her husband Andy. We take pride in serving our communities with integrity and empathy, providing coverage that they want and need, and keeping our promises. One of the most common things we hear from our clients is, "I only wish you had found me sooner!"
What does this career entail?
We will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings. You will find that one of the amazing things about our coverage is that it can benefit ANYONE – individuals, small business, and huge corporations. As early as 3 months into your career, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role, if desired.
"What exactly would I be doing in this role?"
- Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and AM Best.
- Conduct product demonstrations and enrollments within local businesses.
- Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
- Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service, serving your clients throughout the year with policy reviews, claims, and general assistance.
- Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.
- If desired, grow into a leadership role as early as 3 months.

- You must be eager to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.
We Offer:
